Key Points for Pneumatic Rotary Water Well Drilling Rig Construction

Before drilling, conduct on-site investigation, site leveling and comprehensive equipment inspection to ensure stable rig positioning, leveling with hydraulic outriggers, and normal operation of pneumatic, hydraulic systems and drilling tools. Start drilling at low speed with light pressure to ensure vertical hole alignment; casing follow-up drilling is mandatory for loose or quicksand formations. For hard rock formations, properly control weight on bit and rotation speed, prioritize impact over rotation, and ensure sufficient air volume to discharge cuttings timely. Adjust parameters according to formation hardness at any time by observing cuttings return to avoid hole deviation, sticking or jamming.
