The PH520B tracked open-pit DTH drill rig is a newly developed, self-designed down-the-hole drill rig built for market requirements. With outstanding performance, flexible operation, versatile functions, wider applicability and superior cost-effectiveness, it fits rock drilling in multiple engineering projects from open-pit mining and foundation excavation to water conservancy, power plants, transportation and national defense construction. It also drills special rock holes such as anchor, ground pressure test and drainage holes.

1.Abrasion-resistant track system
The expanded ground contact area effectively prevents machine sinking, enabling smooth navigation through soft ore beds, mountainous terrain and other complex ground conditions.
2.Cycloidal single-motor rotary mechanism
Equipped with a single high-torque, high-rotational-speed cycloidal motor, it adopts a propulsion lifting chain with exceptional tensile strength and high hardness for stable operation.
3.Tailored power unit
To accommodate diverse working environments and personalized customer demands, the rig can be configured with matched diesel engines or electric motors as required.
4.User-friendly intuitive control panel
The hydraulic system is integrated with high and low speed gears, which can be flexibly adjusted to meet the operational requirements of different working conditions.
5.Multi-stage air filtration system
Combining a pre-filter, oil bath air filter and three-stage air filter, the system provides all-round filtration protection and ensures reliable operation of the diesel engine in high-dust working environments.
6.Adjustable drilling arm
Featuring simple and convenient adjustment, it effectively expands the drilling operation scope, with the minimum height for horizontal hole drilling reaching 300mm.
