Product Introduction
The PH650 series is widely applied in solar post installation. Having undergone approximately 15 years of testing in both domestic and foreign markets, the machine has maintained consistent repeat orders from existing clients. It has been upgraded to the 6th generation to achieve optimal performance. It is equipped with 3 distance-measuring sensors and 2 attitude sensors.
03. Terminal of the Intelligent Piling System
It processes various types of information and feeds it back to the tablet.
04. Tablet and Remote Control
1. Programs can be set on the tablet to enable intelligent operation. 2. It supports full remote control functionality.
05. Inner Frame
The inner frame supports a horizontal extension of 45 cm.
06. Vertical Mast
The vertical mast can handle a maximum pile height of 4 m.
07. Backboard
The backboard features a piling inclination angle of ±10° (left and right) and 30°-100° (front and rear).
08. Tracks & One-piece Oil Tank
For tracks: rubber tracks are used for highway construction, while steel tracks are applied for photovoltaic construction. It is equipped with a hydraulic oil tank with a breather valve and a diesel tank with a double-layer anti-theft lock.
09. Engine
It is equipped with a Cummins 75KW turbocharged engine.
10. Depot Silent Hammer
It effectively reduces the noise produced during the operation of the hydraulic hammer while enhancing the hammer’s reliability and durability.
11. Control Lever
It features an integrated control console, allowing all operations to be finished by a single person.
12. Hydraulic Oil Filter
The hydraulic oil undergoes two-stage filtration: the first stage is at the hydraulic oil outlet of the tank, and the second stage is shown in the figure—this significantly extends the service life of the hydraulic oil.
