Full hydraulic core drilling rig is a new type of drilling rig developed by our company on the basis of referring to the advanced technology of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad. It is mainly suitable for the drilling of solid mineral deposits, and can also be used for engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, groundwater drilling, and can also be used for engineering drilling such as tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting. The drilling rig is driven by full hydraulic pressure, the rotation of the power head is driven by an axial plunger pump and an inclined-axis plunger motor, two mechanical gears plus stepless speed regulation, and an advanced structure. The power head adopts an oil cylinder chain double-speed feeding mechanism, which is stable and reliable in movement, and has a lateral translation mechanism of the power head. The mast adopts an oil cylinder to lift and fall to slide as a whole, and can drill holes within the range of 0-90°. The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, with high working efficiency and large torque. The drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic trojan grippers, hydraulic leveling legs, retractable mast and other devices to facilitate the rapid positioning of the drilling rig. Equipped with wireless remote control crawler, it is suitable for various terrains and controls the crawling of the drilling rig within a safe distance to prevent sudden danger.
