PQZ280L mechanical top drive driling rig is a kind of driling equipment independently developed by the companythat integrates the functions of water driling and air driling (China invention patent: ZL201510479602.4). The driling rig adoptsa 5-speed manual automobile gearbox and a mechanical top drive power head. lt has a wide speed range, convenient forwardand reverse switching, high mechanical transmission efficiency, and greatly reduced power energy consumption. it is moreefficient and energy-saving, which solves the problems of dificult air DTH hammer driling in soil layers and low constructionefficiency of rotary drilling rias in hard rock lavers, aravel and pebble lavers
Product Details
1.the drilling rig speed can reach 33-1120r/min speed range, and the maximum torque output is 9800N.m.
2.The drilling rig adopts long travelling speed doubling mechanism, mechanical power head, and power head travelling 2000MM, which is used to improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the occurrence of plugging and burning accidents.
3.The drilling rig adopts double oil pumps for oil supply, single pump for drilling and double pumps for merging when lifting down the drill; less power loss and short auxiliary time.
4.It adopts crawler chassis, and the outrigger cylinder stroke is 1.5m which can be loaded automatically, and it is convenient to relocate and transport.
