Product Introduction
The PH-536 Crawler-Mounted Solar Pile Driver is a versatile highway guardrail pile construction equipment. With various configurations or customized setups, it can fulfill multiple functions—including pile driving, pile pulling, and pre-piling drilling on the roadbed stable layer. Adopting a crawler-mounted travel system, it boasts excellent mobility and strong climbing capability. The frame supports front-and-rear adjustment, while the drill bit is highly adaptable, ensuring superior precision in pile placement.

01. Inner Frame
The inner frame supports a horizontal extension of 40 cm, while its luffing cylinder provides a 10° swing range. With a maximum forward tilt angle of 100°, the vertical angle can be flexibly adjusted to match on-site ground conditions.
02. Vertical Guide Way
The mast of the vertical guide way achieves an effective travel of 5 m, paired with a compensation height of 1.0 m. This configuration enables drilling of 5.5 m-deep holes and driving of 6.0 m-long piles, meeting diverse construction requirements.
03. Hammer
Dual specifications are available for the hammer:
Specification 1: Single impact energy of 1260 Joules (450-900 beats per minute / 295 kg impact force) with a working weight of 440 kg;
Specification 2: Single impact energy of 1460 Joules (450-700 beats per minute / 500 kg impact force) with a working weight of 650 kg.
04. Engine
The standard setup comes with a Yuchai turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine rated at 91KW and 124 horsepower, boasting strong power output and dependable performance. Its cooling system is fitted with a specially enlarged radiator plus an auxiliary radiator, which accelerates heat dissipation and enables the machine to operate stably at high temperatures up to +50°C.
05. Tracking
Each track has a width of 300 mm, length of 2800 mm, and height of 600 mm. These accurate dimensional specifications allow it to effortlessly handle even the most challenging terrain.
06. Remote Control
The PH539 can be optionally outfitted with a remote control unit, enabling efficient movement between piles and rows. What's more, all operational functions of the machine can be fully accomplished through the remote control.
07. Slewing Motor
Equipped with slewing motors and slewing bearings from Zhongyi—a renowned domestic brand—the fuselage supports 360° rotation. This allows construction workers to easily adjust the drilling rig’s angle and direction on-site to meet diverse operational needs.
08. Integrated Operation
The integrated operation panel enables a single operator to complete all operations. Various instruments monitor the operating status of the photovoltaic pile driver in real time, allowing the operator to make timely adjustments as needed.
09. Hydraulic Oil Tank
Capacity: 105 L. The hydraulic oil tank features superior sealing performance to prevent hydraulic oil contamination. A breather valve is installed on the tank, which balances the internal pressure of the hydraulic oil tank to ensure safety. It also has self-ventilating and anti-emulsification properties.
