The Highway Guardrail Pile Driver is a compact and efficient machine designed for precise pile driving and drilling. Its adjustable inner frame and 3.95 m mast allow flexible operation for piles up to 3 m, with rotary head attachment enabling deeper drilling.
Powered by a Changchai 490B diesel engine, it delivers strong, fuel-efficient performance. Widened wheel spacing ensures stability and precise operation, while high-energy hammers handle varying impact requirements.
The integrated control console allows single-operator operation, and safety features include air-cut rear brakes and a well-designed hydraulic system with breather valve and three-way oil return for efficient, reliable work.

Inner frame: The inner frame can extend horizontally by450mm.Moreover,the entire support can be adjusted in angles in all directions,front,back,left and right,to meet the needs in construction.
Mast: The vertical guide rail is as high as 3.95 m and can handle piles less than 3 m.By replacing the hydraulic hammer with a rotary head, it can drill to a maximum depth of 2.2 m.
Wheel spacing: The widened wheel track of 1.78 meters provides stronger stability for its operation and walking.At the same time, it significantly improves the precision of operation. This is a design with higher efficiency and safety.
Engine: It is equipped with a Changchai 490B four-cylinder diesel engine with 39 KW and 52 horsepower. The engine has strong power, and diesel is more economical.The engine supports customization.
Hammer: Single impact energy:1260 Joules (450 - 900 BPM/295 KG with a working weight of 440 KG) Single impact energy:1460 Joules (450 - 700 BPM/500 KG with a working weight of 650 KG)
Integrated operating console: The integrated operating console allows all operations of the machine to be completed by one person driving.It is simple and easy to get started.
Air - cut brake: The rear wheel brake adopts a real air cut brake and is equipped with two air pumps.The air cut brake has strong braking force, providing higher safety performance for the whole vehicle. Moreover, it is compatible with other systems of the machine, easy to maintain, and makes construction operations more efficient.
Hydraulic oil tank:
Capacity: 80 L
A breather valve is used on the hydraulic oil tank, which can keep the hydraulic oil clean and maintain the stable internal pressure of the hydraulic oil tank, greatly improving safety. At the same time, it can prevent the emulsification of hydraulic oil and prolong the service life of hydraulic oil.
Three - way valve: A three - way valve is added to the main oil return pipe. When piling and drilling, the oil return direction can be switched arbitrarily. Speeding up the oil return direction makes the frequency higher and faster.
