01. Inner Frame
The inner frame supports a horizontal extension of 480 mm. Additionally, the entire support can be angle-adjusted in all directions (front, back, left, and right) to satisfy construction requirements.
02. Mast
The mast reaches a height of up to 3.5 meters, with a maximum drilling depth of 2.2 meters. By elevating the oil cylinder, this drilling machine can easily cross guardrails for drilling operations.
03. Wheel Spacing
A 1.78-meter widened wheel track delivers enhanced stability for its operation and movement. Furthermore, the rear wheels come with real air brakes that offer stable and reliable braking performance.
04. Engine
Comes with a Changchai 490B four-cylinder diesel engine featuring 39 KW power and 52 horsepower. The engine boasts robust power, and diesel fuel is more economical, capable of providing reliable power support for drilling operations. (The engine supports customization)
05. Rotary Head
It has a torque of 3000Nm, enabling it to handle most road drilling tasks. Besides, it can be fitted with other types of rotary heads, such as those with torques of 4000 N.m and 12000 N.m.
06. Air Filter
Drilling operations produce a large amount of dust, but this drilling rig can maintain stable operation for an extended period. This is because, considering its special working environment, the equipment is specially equipped with a cyclone dust removal air filter, which can effectively tackle dust pollution and ensure a clean operating environment for the equipment.
07. Hydraulic Oil Tank
Capacity: 80 L. A breather valve is adopted on the hydraulic oil tank, which can maintain the cleanliness of hydraulic oil and keep the internal pressure of the hydraulic oil tank stable, greatly enhancing safety. Meanwhile, it can prevent the emulsification of hydraulic oil and extend the service life of hydraulic oil.
08. Oil Atomizer
The oil atomizer can provide continuous lubrication for the impactor, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment and enhancing the service life and work efficiency of the equipment.
09. Toolbox
