Product Introduction
The full hydraulic road guardrail pile driver adopts an advanced hydraulic power system combined with a self-propelled crawler chassis design. It features flexible mobility, simple operation, and high construction efficiency. The equipment is widely used for highway crash barrier installation, road isolation fences, bridge guardrails, and other construction projects. It can adapt to various complex working conditions, including soil layers and gravel layers. With the powerful impact force of the hydraulic hammer, it enables rapid driving of guardrail steel posts, improving construction efficiency and reducing labor costs.
01. Inner Frame
The inner frame supports a horizontal extension of 480 mm. Additionally, the entire support can be angle-adjusted in all directions (front, back, left, and right) to satisfy construction requirements.
02. Mast
The mast reaches a height of up to 3.5 meters, with a maximum drilling depth of 2.2 meters. By elevating the oil cylinder, this drilling machine can easily cross guardrails for drilling operations.
03. Wheel Spacing
A 1.78-meter widened wheel track delivers enhanced stability for its operation and movement. Furthermore, the rear wheels come with real air brakes that offer stable and reliable braking performance.
04. Engine

It has a torque of 3000Nm, enabling it to handle most road drilling tasks. Besides, it can be fitted with other types of rotary heads, such as those with torques of 4000 N.m and 12000 N.m.
06. Air Filter
Drilling operations produce a large amount of dust, but this drilling rig can maintain stable operation for an extended period. This is because, considering its special working environment, the equipment is specially equipped with a cyclone dust removal air filter, which can effectively tackle dust pollution and ensure a clean operating environment for the equipment.
07. Hydraulic Oil Tank
Capacity: 80 L. A breather valve is adopted on the hydraulic oil tank, which can maintain the cleanliness of hydraulic oil and keep the internal pressure of the hydraulic oil tank stable, greatly enhancing safety. Meanwhile, it can prevent the emulsification of hydraulic oil and extend the service life of hydraulic oil.
08. Oil Atomizer
The oil atomizer can provide continuous lubrication for the impactor, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment and enhancing the service life and work efficiency of the equipment.
09. Toolbox

Packaging & Shipping
The packaging process adheres to cross-border freight protection standards: the machine's original seat is fully wrapped in new plastic film to prevent dust and scratches; exposed hydraulic housings retain their factory anti-rust finish; and vulnerable components—such as pipelines and valves—are pre-wrapped with cushioning material. Loose parts and accessories are packed in separate cardboard boxes and reinforced with stretch wrap to prevent scattering or paint damage caused by turbulence during ocean transit.
Container loading operations are strictly controlled: the machine's placement is optimized based on the container's interior layout, and the base is secured at multiple points using high-strength green strapping to eliminate the risk of sliding or tipping caused by rough seas during the voyage. A protective tarp covers the cab to shield it from condensation on the container walls, preventing moisture-induced rust on metal components. Compliant clearances are maintained at the container opening to balance ventilation needs with ease of loading and unloading.
The entire process utilizes a Full Container Load (FCL) shipping model, with comprehensive verification at every stage—from factory loading and in-container securing to final container loading at the port.
